Gastown Foodie Tour

Join me on a tour through one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Vancouver. We will visit some of my favourite watering holes, places to eat, historic sites, and boutique shops. I will provide several tastings as well as a drink. Our food stops will depend on availability but options often include the best fish tacos in Vancouver, local wine tasting, poutine,  a hidden whiskey house, charcuterie sampling, a flight of coffee, and ice cream.

What is Provided: We will have a minimum of 4 food and drink tastings at different locations. I will provide a brief history of the neighbourhood as we walk between stops and we will pop into some of my favourite shops.

What to Bring: We will be walking over easy terrain so please wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring a water bottle especially on warm days. This tour takes place rain or shine so dress appropriately.

Cost: $75.00 per person

Length: 2 hours

We do most of our bookings through Airbnb Experiences, however if that doesn’t work for you, please send us a message and we will be happy to coordinate with you. We also do private tours all over Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Email tuktukeats@gmail.com for more information.

Testimonials:

"Hanna was an amazing tour guide, she has a passion for her city and is full of useful information. The places she took us to were places a tourist wouldn't find on their own. The fish taco's were some of the best we have ever had (you're going to have to take her tour to find out where), the coffee flight was something we had never done before and the wine flight was another place only the locals would know (and her knowledge of wine is amazing). Highly recommend this tour. - July 2018"

"If you are looking for a great way to explore Gastown (or other areas of Vancouver) you should definitely tour with Hannah! She mixes a perfect amount of history of the area with some incredible local tastings. Every stop had incredible food and/or beverages and we were very full by the end of the tour. We got to explore a side of Gastown that we never would have experienced or found on our own thanks to Hanna!" - June 2018
